The Sock Revolution will provide free shipping within Australia for an order of three pairs of socks, or more.
Overseas Shipping
We are happy to fill orders from any International country that is part of the International Postal Union, as we use Australia Post to ship orders. The cost of postage is fairly high so we cannot dispatch orders of less than three pairs of socks. We subsidise customers’ postage costs by charging a flat fee of A$25 on all orders. But overseas customers should note that the cost of their socks is reduced by the Australian Government’s Goods and Services Tax of 10% which is not payable because the socks are not being collected in Australia. This reduction will be calculated on the Checkout Page. Any taxes or duties that are payable in the country where the socks are collected, remain the responsibility of the customer.
No Fuss Returns
The Sock Revolution wants your online shopping to be straightforward and risk-free. If your socks are defective, let us know immediately and we shall replace them.
If you are not completely satisfied with your socks, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for a different Style of sock within 21 days of your original purchase.
Simply post the socks back to Sock Revolution, 26 Armstrong Road, Heathmont, Vic 3135 with a note telling us what socks you would like in exchange. Socks must be returned with packaging intact – we cannot accept used or damaged socks. Include your name, address and a daytime telephone number. (If your socks were a gift, please tell us the buyer’s name and address).
Quality and Value
The Sock Revolution sells Humphrey Law socks which are wholly made in Australia. The Humphrey Law company started as a partnership between Sidney Humphrey and Albert Law in 1947 with a policy of providing quality socks and value for money at a fair price. Yarns used for knitting Humphrey Law socks were to be sourced carefully and of the highest quality. This policy stands over 65 years later with second-generation family members maintaining the original aims of the founders.

The Sock Revolution takes privacy seriously and will handle your personal information securely and carefully.
The personal information we collect from you is in most cases supplied directly by you when you place an order. That personal information comprises your name, address, and contact details and is used to process and despatch your order.
If you choose to open an account with us, your personal details will be retained to expedite further orders. We may also send follow-up emails to the email address you provide us unless you have indicated you do not wish this to occur.
The Sock Revolution will not pass or sell your personal information to other parties.
When you visit the Sock Revolution website, it will automatically send you a “cookie”. This is a piece of text sent from a web server to your computer, and is used to identify you only by a random number. This information does not personally identify you, but it does tell us that your computer has visited our site and can show us what areas of the site have been browsed.

Delivery
Your order must be paid for in Australian dollars and after your payment is received, your order will be posted to you. Orders received before 12:00 noon local time will normally be despatched that day. Orders received later in the day, and at weekends, will normally be sent on the next working day.
