The Sock Revolution wants your online shopping to be straightforward and risk-free. If your socks are defective, let us know immediately and we shall replace them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your socks, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for a different Style of sock within 21 days of your original purchase.

If you intend returning any socks please complete this form. Socks must be returned with packaging intact – we cannot accept used or damaged socks. Return them with your name, address and a daytime telephone number. (If your socks were a gift, please tell us the buyer’s name and address).

The Sock Revolution sells Humphrey Law socks which are wholly made in Australia. The Humphrey Law company started as a partnership between Sidney Humphrey and Albert Law in 1947 with a policy of providing quality socks and value for money at a fair price. Yarns used for knitting Humphrey Law socks were to be sourced carefully and of the highest quality. This policy stands over 65 years later with second-generation family members maintaining the original aims of the founders.

Your order must be paid for in Australian dollars and after your payment is received your order will be despatched. Orders received before 12:00 noon local time on a working day will normally be despatched that day, orders received after 12.00 noon will normally be despatched on the next available delivery day. Orders placed over the weekend will normally be despatched on the following Monday. Orders will normally be sent via Australia Post, from our Fulfilment Centre at 26 Armstrong Road, Heathmont, Victoria 3135, Australia.
